[Ha Noi] Financial Analyst

I.         MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC/JOB FUNCTION:

*Financial Strategy, Planning:

• Create and establish financial objectives that align with the company’s plan for growth and expansion.
• Provide insight and recommendations for both short-term and long-term growth plans of the organization
• Responsible for establishing and maintaining an effective financial framework covering risk management, treasury, tax planning, financial control and management information systems processes

*Financial Reporting & Analysis:

• Oversee and ensure compliance with monthly/quarterly/yearly financial statements.
• Ensure timeliness and accuracy of financial and management reporting data for investors and the company’s board of directors.
• Review and analyze monthly financial results: P&L, expenses analysis Actual vs Plan, cost optimization, review financial.
• Regular re-assessment of cash flow, incorporate latest forecast of Sales, Expenditure and Working capital needs in order to make well-informed decisions.
• Identify and assess financial risks, proposing mitigation strategies.

*Other

• Participate in the process of preparing and consulting on procedural documents for investment receiving and investment promotion activities. In charge of Investor Relations
• Perform other tasks and projects in the Finance/Accounting fields as authorized.

II.       YÊU CẦU/JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor/Master's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Auditing, Banking or other related disciplines
• ACCA or CFA Certificate Holder is a plus
• Minimum 10 years of working experience in Accounting, Financial Planning & Analysis or related positions; in which At least 5 years of experience working with the position of Finance Analysis, Finance Business Partner,......
• Experience in Audit firms/Big 4 is preferred
• Experience in Education sector is a plus
• Proven knowledge of financial analysis and strategy; In-depth knowledge of financial reporting standards, tax regulation and industry legislation)
